What materials are used?

Are your products eco-friendly?
We design with intention: small-batch production of each product type is made in its own dedicated studio. This minimizes waste while ensuring quality.
With the goal of being 100% eco friendly by 2026, we are currently in the process of selling our remaining faux leather inventory. Going forward, we will maintain 100% use of eco-friendly inks and sustainable materials.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How are the giclée prints shipped?
To ensure pristine condition, prints are shipped in a clear sleeve with cardboard backing.
Do you offer framed prints?
Yes! Our canvas collection features beautifully framed canvas reproductions, each made to order. Please allow extra time for their production. See production schedule here.
Are the canvas reproductions traditionally painted?
No, each canvas reproduction is a framed, large-format print (1-of-1) accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
While these are exclusive in size, we may offer smaller giclées of the same image in our giclée collection.

What payment methods do you accept?
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
No, we do not accept changes to your order, including address changes, once an order has been placed.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. See our Returns Policy for details.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
- In-stock items: 5–7 business days.
Made-to-order/out-of-stock items:
- Production Time: 14-21 business days
- Shipping Time: Additional 5-7 business days after production
What if my order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items?
Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items will ship once all items are ready. For quicker delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing them separately.
Can I expedite shipping or processing?
To guarantee the highest quality, we do not offer rush production or shipping. Every item is carefully crafted and inspected before leaving our studio.
Can I pick up my order locally?
While we don’t offer regular local pickup, you may find us at festivals and markets where select items will be available for in-person purchase!

How much does shipping cost?
Our orders ship for a flat $10 fee on orders $50 or less.
But we love to surprise customers with free shipping promotions! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While all items are insured for your protection, please contact us within 24 hours with the following details to help expedite your refund through the carrier:

- Tracking number (typically starting with 1Z)
What if my package is lost?
All items are insured for your protection. To initiate a refund through the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the following details:

- Tracking number
- Screenshot showing the expected delivery date
- Confirmation of your shipping address (to verify it matches your order)
Note: Due to our limited quantity, we're unable to ship replacement items for lost packages.
If I place separate orders, will the shipping fees be waived?
Unfortunately no. Since each order is packaged and shipped individually, standard shipping fees apply to all purchases.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do accept custom commissions. For a personalized quote, please see contact.

How do I care for my merchandise?
Refer to the “Care Instructions” in each product description. We recommend following these guidelines to keep your items looking their best.
Can I resell your designs?
No. Our artwork is copyright-protected for personal use and cannot be resold or used commercially. However, we're open to collaboration inquiries! For collaboration inquiries please email contact@imanijc.com.
